A private client wanted to refinance a BTL portfolio located around central London. The case had several complexities to it that included constraints from the current lender as well as a separate corporate body. Our task was to execute and manage the restructuring of the entire portfolio, while also making provision for disposal of some assets and leaving sufficient room for the new portfolio to grow.

The project completed with the syndication between 3 private funds and 2 banks. We acted on the client’s behalf, engaging in the negation as well as leading the execution of the entire transaction.
