A corporate client wanted to acquire a commercial building. We acted as the lead advisor to the client, providing options on financing as well as approaches on different ways the acquisition could be structured. We ultimately executed the transaction on behalf of the client, which included structuring the senior debt and drawing up a full business plan for both the senior lender as well as the mezzanine funder.
